Terms of use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
[SQUARE BRACKETS] must be completed. This is a
structural starting point, not legal advice.
These terms cover use of the platform
Inventory Manager is operated by Gapwise Consulting Pty Ltd [ABN]. These terms apply to anyone who signs in.
Your agreement is usually with your provider
Access is normally arranged by an agency, consultant or other service provider. The commercial agreement — what work is done, what it costs, and what is promised — is between you and that provider, not with us. These terms govern only your use of the software itself.
Questions about the work, the schedule or the invoice should go to your provider.
Accounts
- Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share them.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us or your provider promptly if you think an account is compromised.
- We may suspend an account being used to harm the platform or others.
Your content
Catalogue content and anything else you or your provider put into the platform remains yours. You grant us permission to host, process and display it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership.
Suggested changes and approvals
The platform can propose changes to product content, including changes generated automatically. Proposals are suggestions until someone approves them. Responsibility for what is published rests with the person who approves it and with the business whose catalogue it is.
You should review proposed content for accuracy before approving, including any claims about products, pricing, availability, compliance or safety.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access another organisation’s workspace or data;
- probe, scan or test the platform’s security without written permission;
- use it to store or publish unlawful content;
- resell or expose access to it other than as agreed with us.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but it is provided without any uptime commitment unless one is stated in a separate written agreement. [REFERENCE SLA IF ONE EXISTS.] Maintenance may cause interruption.
Liability
[LIABILITY CAP AND EXCLUSIONS — LEGAL INPUT REQUIRED. In Australia, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded and the wording must account for that.]
Ending access
Your provider can remove your access at any time. If their account ends, so does access for their users. Export any information you need before that happens, or ask your provider to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
