Inventory Manager

Product listings, organised.

A shared workspace where the people who manage your catalogue can see what’s missing, propose changes, and get them approved — without a giant spreadsheet.

Inventory Manager is used by agencies and consultants on behalf of the businesses they work with. It isn’t sold directly.

What it does

Shows what’s missing

Titles, descriptions, specifications and images are checked across the whole catalogue, so gaps surface as a list rather than being found by chance.

Puts changes on the right desk

Proposed changes go to whoever needs to see them. Nothing is published until someone approves it.

Keeps a record

Every change, who approved it and when, and what it looked like before. Useful when someone asks six months later.

Works at catalogue scale

Built for thousands of products rather than dozens. The same standard is applied consistently across all of them.

Getting access

Accounts are set up by the agency or consultant managing your catalogue. If you’re expecting access, they’ll send you a sign-in link.

Already have a link? Use the address your provider gave you — each one has its own sign-in page.

Not sure who to ask? Contact the agency or consultant who looks after your product listings.
